Um Adaami
Um Adaami
Um Adaami is the highest mountain in Jordan at 1832m above sea level, with a stunning panoramic view from the top. You can see Saudia Arabia, and when the weather is clear, you can even see the Red Sea. It is relatively easy - mostly a gradual uphill hike with just a few scrambles!
The drive to Um Adaami is about 40km south of Rum Village, situated in a part of the desert that not many people see, through the beautiful Wadi Saabit.
The drive to Um Adaami takes about one hour. The guided climb to the top and back takes about 2-3 hours. After our descent, we will eat our lunch in the desert, before driving to the campsite.
